We are happy to announce and launch our new Service Contracts to offer you complete peace of mind, by having your boiler serviced annually and if the inevitable happens you’re covered with our service contracts providing expert engineers.
Offering our customers a value for money service at your convenience. Our service contracts are perfect for homeowners or landlords who are looking for that extra cover if anything happens to go wrong.
A timely emergency response is guaranteed with a range of packages to suit your system, be it Natural gas or LPG boilers.
All prices below exclude VAT at 20%
BRONZE
Annual boiler service plus one call-out for boiler breakdown
No parts or additional visits are included
£153.60 one-off payment, paid annually - Breakdown diagnosis covered immediately
12 instalments of £12.80, per month

SILVER
Annual boiler service plus call-outs for boiler breakdown
Includes parts and labour for boiler only

GOLD
Annual boiler service plus call-outs for boiler breakdown plus parts including external pump
Includes parts and labour to boiler and external pump

GOLD PLUS
Annual boiler service plus call-outs for boiler breakdown, external pump - including valves, standard domestic hot water cylinder (does not include unvented/ pressurised cylinders, tanks and expansion vessels)
Includes parts and labour
£403.20 one-off payment, paid annually - Breakdown diagnosis covered immediately
12 instalments of £33.60, per month

PLATINUM
Annual boiler service plus call-outs for boiler breakdown, external pump - including valves, Filling & expansion tank, expansion vessels, radiators including TRV’s and lock-shields radiator valves & heating system electrical components such as programmer or room thermostat.
Includes parts and labour
£507.60 one-off payment, paid annually
12 instalments of £42.30, per month
(This contract has an excess of £180)

PLATINUM PLUS
Annual boiler service plus call-outs for boiler breakdown, external pump - including valves, Filling & expansion tank, expansion vessels, radiators including TRV’s and lock-shields radiator valves & heating system electrical components such as programmer or room thermostat.
This package also includes Underfloor heating.

£595.20 one-off payment, paid annually
12 instalments of £49.60, per month

All our contracts are subject to a boiler survey and call outs are covered between 8am - 5pm. They do not cover during out of hours.
If anything happens to go wrong you can rely on us and one of our qualified engineers to get everything up and running again.
You’ll also benefit from a boiler service, which usually takes place within the first 30 days of your cover start date with a agreed time.
Your boiler must pass our initial survey before any contracts can be put in place.
After 6 months, if your boiler is beyond economical repair and is less than 6 years old, we’ll replace it for a special customer rate with a 15% discount on labour.
If your boiler is need of some repairs before we are able to offer your preferred service contract, then you'll be supplied with a FREE quotation for this required work.
